Jason Donati, President

Jason lives in downtown Muncie with his fiance Yvonne "Sasha" Roberts and there three children Deshawn, Destiny and Levi. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Roy C. Buley Center,SlowFood ECI, the Cardinal Greenway, Delaware County Community Corrections, is the secretary of the Urban Forestry Committee and serves on the education subcommittee of the Friends of the Munsee Woods. Jason is an AmeriCorps alumni member and moved back to Muncie after living many years in Buffalo, New York working for a non-profit with youth and urban farming.
Mary Beth Lambert, Vice President

Mary Beth is a native of Muncie, In. BS from Indiana University, Bloomington- studied Outdoor Education, Recreational Programming and Elementary Education. She has lived in both Colorado and Montana, choosing to move back to Muncie 8 years ago, and loves living here. She is Owner of Cottage Creations, and a Muncie City Parks Board member. Mary Beth believes in a life of Volunteer Tithing.....if I expect my community to support me through a job and income, then I should support my community by giving back 10% of my time through volunteering to improve my community.
James Dalton, Secretary

James joined our board in 2009 because of his concern for the local environment. He is passionate about helping keep inkjet and toner printer cartridges out of our local landfills. James has spent more than 30 years in the printing industry and is part-owner of INK Solution of Muncie. He is married to Diane (Ray) Dalton and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
Michelle Jent, Treasurer

Michelle joined MDCB in December 2009 as Treasurer. She is a Ball State University graduate with a B.A. in accounting with 11 years experience in public accounting and currently employed at Red Gold. Michelle is a native of Muncie and enjoys participating in many community events and volunteering as much as possible. Spending time with her young adult children, friends and 2 dogs keeps her happy and on her toes.
Jason Haney

Jason joined the Muncie Delaware Clean & Beautiful Board in September 2011. He currently is the Field Operations Man- ager for the Greater Muncie Habitat for Humanity. Under his leadership, Muncie Habitat has instituted a Green Building Plan. The plan has resulted in improved storm water management, a nearly 70% reduction in construction site waste, a creation of a "Green Team" consisting of experts in the field of Green practices , and a commitment to build 100% of new construction to Energy Star 3.0 standards. Jason attended Ball State University where he studied Residential Property Management.
Rebekah Hanna

Rebekah lives in Muncie with her husband, Lucas, and their two children. Rebekah is a Realitor at RE/MAX in Muncie. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Rebekah and her husband moved to Muncie in 2002 upon graduation from Taylor University. Rebekah has been on the board since 2010 and has a passion to help others in this community and make Muncie a better place to live.
Annie Poole

Annie has been proud to serve as a MDCB board member since 2005, and she finds the grassroots projects along with major beautification and cleanup events rewarding and fun. She has worked on the White River Cleanup since its inception, and has contributed to many of MDCB's major events. "I am a Master Gardener and enjoy working in my yard and working with neighbors to plant and beautify in our historic neighborhood," says Annie, who is President of the East Central Neighborhood Association. Annie has been in the housing industry for over 30 years and is a housing developer with the non-profit organization, PathStone.
Melinda Messineo, PhD

Melinda Messineo is an associate professor of sociology at Ball State University. Messineo has received four teaching awards at her current institution and one from the North Central Sociological Association. She currently serves as Director of the Freshman Connections Program, an award winning living and learning community program targeting first year students. This program works with Muncie Delaware Clean and Beautiful each year on the White River Clean-up as part of its community service and sustainability objectives. Melinda is California native and loves running, riding and roller-blading on the trails of our community.
Brandon Murphy

Brandon E. Murphy is an attorney at Cannon & Bruns and a lifelong resident of Muncie and Delaware County. Brandon graduated from Delta High School, Ball State University and the University of Mississippi School of Law. He enjoys reading, baseball and being active in his community.
Dustin Stillinger

Dustin grew up walking the woods of southern Indiana where a deep love of the outdoors was fostered. This helped lead me to study Natural Resources and Environmental Management at Ball State University. I'm now a resident of Muncie and employed at Minnetrista where I oversee the natural areas. This work has given me diverse experiences from tree work to invasive species control and BMP installation. I now see potential rain gardens everywhere I look.

Tom Reeve is a native plant horticulturalist by trade and a gardener by hobby. He took over as Executive Director of MDCB in 2009. Since then, he has worked to increase its presence in the community by engaging volunteers, writing grants, and expanding its fundraising program. He is the father of a 1-year old, Zach, and is married to Cassie Banning, the Horticulture Manager at Minnetrista.
